Red Baron was the nickname of German WWI ace Manfred from Richthofen, flying an iconic bright-red Fokker Dr.I triplane. Though this aircraft is his most legendary one, he's flown other types as well, making only 20 out of his 80 kills in the Dr.I
He was eventually shot down himself though.
No original Fokker Dr.I's remain, so this must be a replica, however I have no background information on it.

as far as I know, there was a documentary on discovery that the red baron was shot down by an australian unnamed soldier.
